As the Chief Operating Officer, Kay is responsible for driving operational excellence, growth, and strategic direction, brand advocacy, and company culture across Whizdom.
Experience
Kay brings with her 20 years of experience in operational roles within the recruitment industry. Her extensive experience mentoring and managing high-performing Operations, Systems, Bid Management, Human Resources, and Marketing teams has cumulated into the valued experience that supports business development strategies aimed at delivering strong, sustainable business growth for Whizdom.
