About The Role:
The AO4 Program Engagement Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer and Stakeholder Management (CSM) team.
The primary responsibility will be to address the shortfall of specialised resources required for community engagement and communication services across active and upcoming projects.
Specifically, the officer will focus on building strong relationships with external stakeholders impacted by various projects and implementing strategies to ensure successful engagement with stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate:
You and your team of 4 will liaise closely with service providers, decision makers at senior levels and other key project stakeholders.

About The Role:
The AO4 Program Engagement Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer and Stakeholder Management (CSM) team.
The primary responsibility will be to address the shortfall of specialised resources required for community engagement and communication services across active and upcoming projects.
Specifically, the officer will focus on building strong relationships with external stakeholders impacted by various projects and implementing strategies to ensure successful engagement with stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate:
You and your team of 4 will liaise closely with service providers, decision makers at senior levels and other key project stakeholders.
- Support the prompt delivery of program milestones and deliverables by contributing to project tasks including high level research, preparing reports, presentations, media and communications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program monitoring, evaluation, analysis and reporting.
- Monitor program risks and issues and support the development and implementation of mitigation measures to effectively manage these.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, tailoring messages to suit a variety of audiences.
- Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively to build and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills to program administration and management tasks.
- Complete tasks within tight timeframes in a busy environment as part of a team, or individually.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Proficiency in web development and content management.
- Ability to produce clear and effective communication materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
- Strong organisational and data management skills.
- Proficiency in using Social Pinpoint or similar community engagement platforms is desirable.
Contract Length & Pay Rate:
- Contract to June 2025 - Possible Extensions.
- Up to $58 per hour + Super
