About The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement programs and initiatives through engaging with stakeholders and delivery partners, building customer relationships, and
administering partnership and delivery agreements and deeds.
The Successful Candidate:
- Conduct high-level research, interpretation, analysis and review of regulatory and policy issues pertaining to program development/delivery activities.
- Prepare program material including technical reports, regulatory instruments, briefing material, media and communications, presentations, publications and correspondence.
- Undertake the development and implementation of program monitoring, analysis, evaluation and reporting to substantiate effective and efficient program governance and appropriate outcomes.
- Identify program risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation measures to effectively manage these and use sound judgement to escalate as appropriate.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, tailoring messages to suit a variety of audiences.
- Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels to support the design and delivery of programs.
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills to complex matters.
- Plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities within tight timeframes in a busy work environment as part of a team, or individually.
- Embrace change and demonstrate a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement practices to ensure the ongoing development and implementation of enhanced administrative practices and processes
- Promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge and supporting common expectations to develop a sense of collaboration among colleagues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced project/program environment.
- Government experience not necessary, and relevant private sector experience preferred.
- Prior experience with the energy sector desirable, but not essential.
- Contract to June 2025 - Possible Extensions.
- Up to $78 per hour + Super
