Working within the Enterprise Hub Section of this Federal agency, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a PV Clearance, for a 12 month contract based in the ACT. The Business Analyst will be required to investigate, analyse, review and document a range of current business processes, as well as identify new and alternative approaches to performing business activities.
You will be proficient with business intelligence tools, like Power BI and Tableau. An understanding of ITIL processes and procedures, stakeholder relationship management and user experience analysis would be highly advantageous.
