About the role:
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to coordinate campaign planning, execution, reporting, and marketing operations across the region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Campaigns & Martech Platforms APAC.
The Campaign and Marketing Operations Coordinator will support multi-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and maximize ROI. The role involves streamlining operations, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and staying updated on marketing trends and technologies.
The team uses various channels, including digital campaigns (email nurture, social media, content syndication, paid search, SEO) and offline events (customer briefings, roundtables, industry conferences). Telemarketing is key for generating sales meetings and qualifying demand.
Collaboration with technology partners and adherence to brand identity in regional campaigns are vital. Supporting and educating sales teams is crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will be split into 2 sections:
Campaign Planning and Execution 50%
Marketing Operations 50%
The successful candidate:
This contract is available for an initial 12 months with likely extensions.
Located in Pyrmont, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will be split into 2 sections:
Campaign Planning and Execution 50%
- Assist the field marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Focus will be on events.
- Participate in event de-briefs with sales and field marketing.
- Own the post event/campaign lead/contact uploads & assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Track campaign performance and providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Ensure ethics and legal compliance processes are followed, including privacy, optin/spam rules and content copy.
Marketing Operations 50%
- Update and streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Supporting the APAC Marketing field team with reporting and project tasks, campaign set-up and execution using marketing technology tools and platforms.
- Maintain and organise marketing assets and resources.
- Ownership of all web enquiries for APAC including triage and assignment of leads.
- Coordinate field requests for social media involving event posts and in region post re-share suggestions.
- Upload Drumbeat Nurture databases together with regular data cleansing of APAC contacts in martech platforms.
- Work with the field team to ensure all APAC marketing calendars and campaign trackers are kept up to date.
- Support the communication of all APAC campaigns and events to relevant stakeholders and work on specific sales enablement activities.
- Support digital campaigns such as monthly drumbeat nurture email program
The successful candidate:
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms like Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Google Suite is advantageous.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven approach, with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
- Adaptable and skilled at managing competing priorities.
- Passionate about marketing and technology.
- An enthusiastic and experienced team player who contributes to marketing and sales efforts to achieve results.
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a large global technology company.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and credibility with leaders, especially within sales teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a global team, with an understanding of multiple cultures.
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination and management, from small targeted virtual or in-person events to large industry conferences.
