Human Resource Specialists
Our client requires 2 dedicated Human Resource Specialists to review and update all positions descriptions for a large project of work. The role is to support the attraction and retention of employees aligned with the mission and values of the team. The project team will be responsible for designing a recruitment strategy aligned to reach candidates with the necessary skills, attributes and attitudes to contribute positively to the team and build the brand and deliverables with stakeholders. Following endorsement of the appropriate recruitment strategy, this team will also be responsible, under the guidance of the Superintendent, for implementing the strategy from advertising through to on-boarding of new team members.

Responsibilities:
- Review and update position descriptions.
- Design and delivery of Recruitment strategy.
- Implementation of the Recruitment strategy from advertising and marketing.
- Leading recruitment processes, to identify, select and on-board identified successful candidates.
- Develop administrative artefacts to support the people strategy and workforce plan.
- Experience in designing recruitment strategies tailored to team requirements.
- Experience in recruitment for an Australian Government agency.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial.
- Strategic thinking and identification of opportunities, challenges and risks as they relate to the work and its intended outcomes.
- Strong focus on achieving results and meeting project objectives within the specified timelines. Able to work autonomously and proactively to drive the project forward and deliver the desired outcomes.
- Ability and willingness to develop individual and team capability.
- Baseline security clearance.
