The work is the sustainment and continuous improvement of the customer’s ICT infrastructure operations management, which includes a mix of technical, problem solving and documentation tasks.

What is on offer
Due to the nature of the work environment, our client requires candidates to hold an active TSPV Security Clearance, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.

About the role
The work is the sustainment and continuous improvement of the customer’s ICT infrastructure operations management, which includes a mix of technical, problem solving and documentation tasks.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing physical and virtual environments.
- Managing, provisioning and adapting infrastructure components to meet the evolving needs of the customer (compute, storage, network).
- Automating tasks through scripting, coding, orchestration tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
- Conduct infrastructure update and patch management (including firmware) in line with requirements and cybersecurity/industry best practices.
- Proficiency aligned with SFIA 4-5.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining systems, ensuring uptime, managing incidents, and overseeing operational procedures
- The ability to Collaborate with development and sustainment teams for delivery, break/fix activities and continuous improvement.
