Our Government client is looking for a Jr Network Engineer will be accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to their area of responsibility. They will interpret and provide advice within the ICT service delivery function area based on legislation, policy and procedures.

The preferred location is ACT (Canberra), QLD (Brisbane), VIC (Melbourne), WA (Perth). 12 contract with 1 X 12 months extensions

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable to contribute to the design and implementation of maintenance and installation work and implements agreed network changes and maintenance routines.
- Administer and maintain specific security procedures as required by Defence and organisation policy to maintain confidentiality, resilience, integrity and availability of networked systems and devices.
- Understand and apply knowledge of the current Defence and industry accepted hardware and software products relevant to ICT network engineering.
