Seeking a Release Train Engineer with a strong understanding of the SAFe® methodology, and its application within a large and complex Program within a government context.
Release Train Engineers work in an agile environment to ensure projects and programs deliver value by coordinating with stakeholders, escalating blockages and championing improvement.
Essential criteria
Location of work & working arrangements - Canberra Hybrid working arrangements (i.e. a combination of onsite attendance at the AEC’S National Office in Canberra and remote working) will be considered
Security Clearance - Must have a Baseline security Clearance

Essential criteria
- Previous and evidenced experience and skills as a Release Train Engineer.
- A strong understanding of the SAFe® methodology, and its application within a large and complex Program within a government context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders and audiences.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.
- Experience effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.
- Proven ability to act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive information.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
