The Role:
The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents and problems within the ICT environment, as well as providing technical advice.
The ideal candidates will have experience with both on premises and cloud technology and will work across teams with other technicians in network, storage, platforms, backups or unified communications. Having skills or experience across these areas will be highly advantageous.
The successful candidates will also have a range of generalist skills, and will be able to work collaboratively with business, other system owners and administrators to progress technology initiatives.

Location and Contract Term: This role is based in ACT. Contract till 30 June 2025 with extension options till June 2027 pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain is required for this role.

- Microsoft Entra and Intune
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Microsoft Windows Server configuration and maintenance
- Microsoft Exchange Server/Exchange Online configuration and maintenance
- Network Infrastructure maintenance
- Datacentre Infrastructure maintenance
- Strong focus on security and availability
Skills and Experience Required:
- Administering and configuring Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Microsoft Windows Server configuration and maintenance.
- Microsoft Exchange Server/Exchange Online configuration and maintenance.
- Network and Datacentre Infrastructure maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in security and availability.
- A background in architecting and delivering; end user compute, cloud, network and security solutions.
- A working knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM), the Protective Security Framework Policy (PSFP), and other International Standards (ISO’s).
- Producing and reviewing project/services delivery documentation including Architecture, Designs, ‘As built documentation’ and Operating Procedures.
- Work as part of a small, high functioning multi-skilled team.
