We are looking for an experienced System Administrators who will provide a subject matter expertise in the maintenance of applications and hardware. Systems Administrators are to provide local user support, level 2 trouble shooting and fault finding.

Essential:

Contract term: 3.5 Months
Extension: 1X12 Months
Security Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with Negative Vetting Two (NV2) Security Clearance however, TSPV Candidates are desirable.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes, skills and experience.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues on Linux and Windows systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot TCP/IP, UDP and VLAN issues
- Manage virtual infrastructure
- Manage active directory, users, groups, DNS, DHCP, access control and certificates
- monitor network performance utilising network monitoring tools, troubleshoot network degradation
- Perform system analysis and report on faults and issues
- Perform basic scripting as required of; Bash, Ansible, Powershell, Python, Javascript
- Provide advice regarding automation
- Conduct system backups and restorations as require
Technical Skills
Essential:
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator
- Red Hat Certified Engineer
- System administrator experience on Australian Top Secret servers
