About the role:
The Watson.ai/Watsonx Consultant will assist with the configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components. This role involves continued data discovery, configuration of source-data chunking, document curation, implementation of feedback mechanisms, and fine-tuning responses using training data sets.

Located in Canberra but have ability to work remotely from other locations in Australia.

About the role:
The Watson.ai/Watsonx Consultant will assist with the configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components. This role involves continued data discovery, configuration of source-data chunking, document curation, implementation of feedback mechanisms, and fine-tuning responses using training data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components.
- Perform data discovery and ingestion of domain-specific policy and guidance.
- Configure source-data chunking based on policy domains, training methods, and reference sources.
- Curate documents with appropriate embeddings.
- Implement self-service feedback mechanisms to enhance Quality of Service.
- Implement guardrails to protect the relevancy of answers and identify potential ambiguity.
- Fine-tune responses using live or simulated training data sets.
- Provide full-time support for 4 weeks during the implementation phase, followed by 1 day per week support for 6 months.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth experience in implementing Watson.ai and Watsonx Assistant solutions.
- Expertise in data discovery and ingestion.
- Experience in configuring source-data chunking and document curation.
- Knowledge of implementing feedback mechanisms and guardrails.
- Ability to fine-tune responses using training data sets.
- Australian citizen.
- Canberra-based preferred.
- NV1 clearance.
