About the Role
As a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, you will be a key architect of workplace relations frameworks for high-performing businesses in the construction and trades industries. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with industrial legislation, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) while delivering expert guidance on labour law, policy creation, and dispute resolution.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with unions, employers, and employee representatives, shaping productive workplace relationships and resolving complex challenges. Experience: You bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in workplace relations or industrial relations, with a proven track record of success in EBA negotiations and addressing complex employment law issues.
Knowledge: A deep and current understanding of labour laws, Modern Awards, and Fair Work Commission processes.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities, paired with conflict resolution expertise and the ability to build and sustain productive stakeholder relationships.
Education: A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related discipline.
