This award recognises new strategies that agencies have planned and implemented in response to COVID-19 across work health and safety to ensure business continuity, sustainability, and care for its people.

A positive candidate experience is critical to the success of the individual agency and the recruitment industry as a whole and with that, this award serves to acknowledge those agencies that are committed to providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

APSCo Managing Director’s Recognition Award

In a year like no other, each and every one of us has had to rise up and face new challenges.

This award is to recognise individuals from APSCo Member companies who have contributed greatly to the recruitment profession in 2020, having left a lasting impression on their colleagues who have nominated them for the APSCo Australia Managing Director's Award.
