About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing, articulating, and documenting high-level business requirements for authentication projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand, gather, and analyse requirements, then convert business requirements into technical requirements. You will effectively negotiate and communicate with technical resources to develop technical solutions that meet the business intent. Additionally, you will contribute to user testing, provide consultancy on testing requirements, user cases, and acceptance criteria, and manage the user testing process to approve requirements for implementation.

Located in Sydney/Melbourne/Adelaide/Brisbane/Canberra, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

- Capturing and documenting high-level business requirements
- Converting business requirements into technical requirements
- Negotiating and communicating with technical resources
- Contributing to user testing and managing the user testing process
- Ability to obtain and maintain baseline government or NV-1 clearance
- Must be an Australian citizen
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Experience working in Agile solution delivery environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Degree and/or certification in Business Analysis
- Experience working in government or public sector environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to apply them in authentication solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
