About the role:
As an ICT Help Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT-related issues. You will assist users with operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting. Your role will also involve ensuring security awareness and managing support tickets efficiently.

About the role:
As an ICT Help Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT-related issues. You will assist users with operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting. Your role will also involve ensuring security awareness and managing support tickets efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11
- Assisting users with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing issues
- User account creation, password resets, and basic permissions management in Active Directory
- Diagnosing issues with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Ensuring security awareness, including MFA, endpoint security, and phishing prevention
- Strong customer service skills
- Logical troubleshooting approach to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple support tickets
- Experience with logging issues and resolutions in a ticketing system (e.g., Zoho Service Desk, ServiceNow)
- CompTIA A+ (Basic IT skills)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
- CompTIA Network+ (Basic networking knowledge)
