Essential criteria
- Cloud Security experience: o Demonstrated experience 5yrs+ supporting security operations engineering projects within the Azure environment, including architecture documentation, deployment of services, process automation and reviews and general feature updates. o Demonstrated experience in managing cloud-based security services such as Sentinel, MS Defender, SIEM solutions, Endpoint Protection services (EDR), Office 365, Data Loss Prevention tools, CASB, Vulnerability Scanning and Management.
- Cloud experience: o Demonstrated experience in cloud-based solution implementation with technologies including: Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Manager. o Experience developing and deploying solutions using Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for code development and management of repositories, and deployments using CI/CD.
- Cultural fit: o Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams, including ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. o Demonstrated ability to collaborate and mentor team members to promote team harmony.
- Agile: o Experience working with Agile Multi-disciplinary teams to deliver secure, user friendly and reliable solutions that meet stakeholder, citizen, and business expectations. o Ability to pragmatically change direction and scope as new information is discovered and challenges or opportunities present themselves.
- Demonstrated track record of technical leadership across project and operational tasks
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of cloud based technologies and architectures
- Demonstrated experience in application and integration, or infrastructure platform architecture.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience designing and documenting architectures for large, complex enterprise systems
