Location and Contract Term: This role is based in Parramatta on a 5-month initial contract term (WFH options available) with likely extensions.
Security Requirements: Applicants must have full Australian Work Rights.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all elements of stakeholder engagement, from planning to development and implementation, across multiple projects.
- Design engagement strategies, fulfilling reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities to ensure that outcomes are delivered on time, while adhering to the agency's established project management approach.
- Track and assess all stakeholder engagement activities across various projects, including managing risks and impact assessment
- Monitor progress and ensure successful project completion.
- Manage project teams, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and quality standards, to deliver all critical project milestones and objectives.
- Conducting key research - aiding recommendations to inform and improve stakeholder engagement decision-making.
