Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Database Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and configuring tools to automate database administration tasks. You will also monitor performance statistics, create reports, and ensure optimal database performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure tools to enable automation of database administration tasks.
- Monitor performance statistics and create comprehensive reports.
- Identify and investigate complex problems and issues, recommending corrective actions.
- Perform routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of database and related products.
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of various DBMS, including Microsoft SQL/Express, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Extensive experience with a variety of DBMS, including Microsoft SQL/Express, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Desirable experience with Microsoft BackOffice products and/or Red Hat Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions.A
- Proven track record of managing and automating database administration tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on performance statistics.
