Responsibilities:
- Work as a senior member of a team on consulting/delivery engagements to design and deliver innovative solutions for customers.
- Engage with customer stakeholders, supporting business analysts to elicit requirements supporting the design and architecture of solutions.
- Creation of quality design and project artefacts that meet customer expectations and guide engineering teams in the delivery of viable solutions.
- Provide design and architectural guidance to the project and engineering teams throughout a delivery to ensure that solution issues are resolved in a sustainable and effective manner that remain aligned to the solution vision.
- Demonstrable experience of complex systems design and/or architecture for enterprise solutions.
- Experience designing and developing interfaces for integrating COTS solutions.
- Experience collaborating with customer stakeholders to elicit solution requirements.
- A proven ability to transpose business requirements and processes into systems design to achieve the desired business outcomes and value.
- Experience creating both high level and detailed design artefacts.
- Experience working in secure Commonwealth environments.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
- Prior experience designing or implementing Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
- Prior experience designing or implementing ITSM and CMBD solutions.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery techniques, including effort estimation.
