Join the Information and Technology division driving digital innovation and customer interaction through digital products, IT support, cybersecurity, and information management services.
Project Goals:
- Replace outdated legacy IT systems.
- Mitigate business risks from obsolete technology.
- Transition to modern, cloud-based Microsoft enterprise platforms.
- Enhance integrations with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Planning & Scheduling: Adjust project plans for timely completion. Track tasks and meet deadlines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with stakeholders and lead project meetings.
- Resource Management: Onboard and coordinate project team members. Monitor resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, ensuring quality assurance.
- 5+ years as a project coordinator in complex enterprise system implementations, preferably on Microsoft platforms.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft DevOps.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies preferred.
- Prior experience within the Public Sector is essential.
- Experience in TRIM (Content Manager) is preferred.

- Initial 10-month contract with likely extensions
