The Master Scheduler will be responsible for providing specialist advice and executing tasks in the provision of planning and scheduling services to enable resource management, dependency management, monitoring and reporting the progress of the Program.

- Develop, maintain, and review standards and practices for planning and scheduling.
- Provide expert advice to ensure optimal project delivery through effective planning and scheduling.
- Facilitate workshops to ensure thorough planning and identification of interdependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately capture and baseline all program timelines.
- Evaluate schedule progress and performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and implement improvements in planning and scheduling processes.
- Ensure schedules adhere to best practices for program scheduling.
- Map and maintain interdependency linkages to consider logic and mutual exclusivity across implementations.
- Provide proactive updates on resource supply and demand issues and their impacts on schedules.
- Extensive experience with scheduling tools (preferably MS Project/Project Online) for resource management, dependency management, and monitoring/reporting progress of multiple concurrent implementations.
- High-level written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed advice and status reports on deliverable progress, risks, issues, and constraints.
- Experience in facilitating planning workshops to assess implementation timelines and interdependencies.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and foster cross-team collaboration to support planning and scheduling services, including influencing key stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify weaknesses in schedule design and setup, while ensuring adherence to best practice scheduling
