Our large private client requires an experienced Network and Security Engineer / Administrator – Full Time to design, implement and maintain a new system that suits their end client’s needs.
The primary scope will involve AWS firewall management using Palo Alto Next Gen FireWall for a private enterprise system with a large userbase. Whitelisting will form the main effort.
The Engineer/Administrator will also design, implement, document, and transition to operations the management of Cisco Firepower for a small private on-premise system.
The successful candidate will work alongside delivery and project management teams to ensure that deliverables can meet system accreditation and operational goals.
Required Experience:
• Palo Alto
• AWS
• Experience in VMWare Administration
• Microsoft 365
Location of work: Canberra ACT, Bendigo VIC
Length of contract: February 2025 - June 2027
Security Requirements: Due to the nature of this role, we require a minimum NV1 Security Clearance.
