About the Role
This role is looking for a candidate with project experience to support team coordination, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions. You'll assist with resourcing, document updates, and preparing materials for Steering Committee and Project Status Reports. Additionally, you'll help with forecasting, financial reporting, and scheduling activities using Microsoft Project and P6.

The Successful Candidate
- Relevant project experience in a similar role
- Support the team with coordination generally (meetings minutes, workshops, training workshops, showcases etc)
- Support resourcing efforts through the project
- Document updates (example updating documents incl formatting & cleaning up, prepping for SteerCo and/or PSR)
- Support forecasting and financials reporting
- Support scheduling activities (Microsoft Project & P6 experience)
