As a Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting critical high-volume activities within the State Government body. You will manage multiple administrative, operational, and project-related tasks, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within scope.
This position requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to meet the client’s operational demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project support, including progress tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Communicate with a large volume of candidates via phone, email, and SMS to meet project delivery targets.
- Manage high-volume inbox communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure successful project execution within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain alignment with strategic project goals.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for project tracking and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and independently resolve challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage high-priority and high-volume tasks efficiently.
