About the role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Scheduler with proven experience in project scheduling, particularly in data, warehouses, and complex IT programs for an immediate start.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera), and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with data tools and methodologies is a plus. A degree in project management, information technology, data science, or a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate:
- Develop and Maintain Schedules: Create detailed project schedules for data and migration projects, outlining all tasks, phases, and milestones.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data engineers, Senior Program directors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules align with project objectives.
- Monitor and Track Progress: Continuously track project progress, identify critical paths, and adjust schedules as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates to stakeholders about the status, risks, and issues related to the project schedule, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement procedures to mitigate delays and disruptions, particularly those unique to data and warehouse projects.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project schedules, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
