About the role
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and guiding the architecture of solutions using Salesforce (Public Sector Solutions), with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Apex. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable architectural designs. This role requires hands-on architectural oversight and collaboration with development teams to ensure solutions are built to meet best practices and align with long-term organizational goals. Daily tasks will involve providing technical leadership, reviewing code, and guiding development teams through complex requirements.

The Successful Candidate
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions using LWC and OmniStudio, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable design principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide architectural insights that align with business objectives.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Review code and architecture, ensuring alignment with Salesforce architectural standards.
- Guide the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management processes for efficient and scalable deployment.
- Conduct technical design sessions and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Extensive experience architecting solutions on Salesforce, with a deep understanding of LWC and OmniStudio (Vlocity).
- Proven ability to design scalable and robust architectures leveraging LWC, Apex, and Salesforce’s data model. (Public sector solutions)
- In-depth knowledge of OmniStudio components such as DataRaptor, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ability to manage complex requirements and guide development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and release management processes.
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science/data science/information technology
