Our large private client has a requirement for a Security Engineer who will assist in protecting the services through the analysis of threats and trends that may be expected to impact the clients system.
You will utilise your expertise in Information Technology and Cyber Security to shape controls and identify security risks across a large and cutting-edge project for a government client, helping to drive the development of artefacts resulting in the security accreditation of the system.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist with the discovery and definition of security controls.
• Review and assess security impacts and guide the development of a secure solution.
• Coordinate with technical staff to engineer solutions to security issues.
• Monitor the development of system components to verify they comply with security principles.
Contract Term: 12 Months
Extensions: extensions may be available at our clients discretion
Location of work: Canberra, ACT
Candidates must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance.
