In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to delivery high-quality software aligned with government standards.
Key duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated experience commensurate with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) 4 or above.
Contract: 12 Months Contract with 2 x 12 months extension options
Security Required: Must be able to obtain NV2 - NV2 Desirable
Location - Canberra based

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to delivery high-quality software aligned with government standards.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with SCRUM Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements and new functionalities.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and ensure platform performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Government security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
