Job Description:
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting ERP design and adoption across Federal Services and Groups, with a focus on the Hire to Retire value chain, HR data management, and stakeholder coordination.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Engage with Directorate CM activity owners to understand and assess the CM needs required, in line with key initiatives as the HRTB Change Advisor.
- Ensure strong and detailed planning, documenting, consulting, ensuring compliance with the Client's Change Management Framework, Guide and Toolkit and other relevant Enterprise legislation, policies and procedures.
- Provide high-level oversight to assist HRTB Directorates with regard to project transition points, including their responsible related CM Toolkit artefacts to be completed (i.e. management of design, deployed and sustainment plans and templates).
- Participate in ERP Tranche 3 workshops to co-develop project Change Impact Assessments and enrich business owner Business Impact Assessments, transitioning current-state process into future-state repeatable and scalable processes.
- Ensure all relevant documentation and decisions are recorded in Objective including transition of work to respective HRTB Directorate for sustainment of future state processes.
- Attend and co-facilitate PRO workshops as needed (CM artefact and/or business process foundations specifics only). Commonwealth project leads to run current-state and future-state business process mapping).
