The Senior CRM developer will be required to:
- Develop a CRM/Power Apps Module/s and workflows from documented User Stories and Requirements to support the various stages of the regulatory compliance process.
- Configure CRM connectors/integrations to support data flows between various systems, including Azure SQL, the Department’s finance system (TechOne) and the Departments Data Platform.
- Customize the layout, look and feel of the CRM interface to provide a user-friendly experience.
- Integrate various system components, apply secure coding practices, and conduct peer reviews of code and infrastructure.
- Deliver technical outcomes and develop and maintain Azure-based web API and portal applications to support legislative reporting requirements and new regulatory processes.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary agile project team and provide input to technical design documentation.
- Perform leadership and mentoring tasks as needed.
