Seeking a senior program scheduler with experience in managing a complex program schedule from inception to completion

A Program Scheduler is required for a major ICT cyber uplift program. The Program Scheduler will be working across multiple projects to develop a master integrated schedule for the program, identifying dependences and conflicts across multiple projects and workstreams. They will engage with project, technical and executive stakeholders, reporting to the Program Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities
The program scheduler will specifically undertake the following but is not limited to:
Strong skills in Microsoft Project (2016 and later) Familiarity with Azure DevOps
Contract: 2 Months Contract with 4 extensions for any period(s) up to 30 June 2027
Security Required: Must have a NV1 Security Clearance required
Location - Canberra and Hybrid

Key duties and responsibilities
The program scheduler will specifically undertake the following but is not limited to:
- Development and baselining of program master integrated schedule across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Working collaboratively with project managers to ensure each project schedule has sufficient level of detail, a critical path and resources are allocated accordingly.
- Identify dependencies and scheduling conflicts, particularly when shared program resources are being used by multiple projects.
- Development and ownership of program schedule management plan and controls.
- Actively manage schedule related risks and issues.
- Development of, and maintenance of, schedule reporting for program and departmental executives.
- Other duties as directed
