About the role
As the Service Desk System administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations and support. You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform Windows system administration tasks, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
- Provide expert-level support in Service Desk operations and application support.
- Manage service catalog operations, incident handling, and problem resolution with precision and efficiency.
- Proven experience in Windows system administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in Service Desk operations, application support, service catalog management, incident management, and problem management.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence usage and administration is highly desirable.
