Our Government client is looking for an experienced Software Tester who will be responsible under general direction for creating and executing fit for purpose test plans and test cases, in accordance with the project's testing strategy. The Software Testers will ensure traceability to requirements, manage defects, provide regular process reporting and work collaboratively with delivery staff to coordinate testing and regression activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Create and execute fit for purpose test plans and test cases, in accordance with the project's testing strategy.
Document traceability between requirements and test cases.
Document test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.

Location and Contract Term

The preferred location is Canberra. There may be a requirement for occasional travel within Australia. 12 contract with 2 X 12 months extensions

Security Requirements

All candidates must have a Positive Vetting level Clearance (TSPV)
