About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Tech Business Analyst with a specialization in Credit Risk to become an integral part of our client's transformative projects. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on data platforms and credit risk projects. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
The Successful Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst or equivalent in IT Consulting or other technology business units.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a simplified manner for various stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Credit Risk, with a deep understanding of credit risk principles.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with 5-10+ years in the field.
- Proficiency in SAS or SQL, with at least 2-3 years of daily usage.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience collaborating with developers and working on complex data projects, migrations, or credit risk model/application implementations (e.g., IFRS9, Basel, APS221, APS220, APS330).
- Practical experience in various project delivery frameworks such as Scaled Agile, Distributed Agile, Agile Sprints, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create formalized requirement specifications and Agile epics/stories.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering courses, along with industry-recognized certifications or badges.
- A 6-month contract with the potential for renewal based on outstanding performance.
