About the role:

This role is integral in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through detailed analysis, rigorous testing, and support. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will play a key part in aligning business requirements with technical outcomes, mentoring team members, and contributing to a safer, more prosperous NSW.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse business requirements and create acceptance criteria which aligns with business processes.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and cases that ensure test coverage for the defined requirements.
- Assist the test automation specialist with the preparation of test cases required for the automation regression suite.
- Perform system and integration testing to ensure new/amended service endpoints and software meets defined acceptance criteria and that no defects are introduced.
- Provide testing estimates for user stories in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the Non-functional Requirements (NFRs), to help ensure that the solution meets relevant standards and other system quality requirements
- Provide support to the team, work closely with the Scrum Master or be the Scrum Master to remove team impediments and lead by example
- Mentor junior consultants in the practice and delivery engagements
Experience in or demonstrated understanding of the following programs/applications/technologies would be highly desirable:
- Pega
- Justicelink
- JavaScript
- SQL
- SoapUI/Postman
- Jira
- Confluence
- Experience with Test Management tools QTest, HP ALM.
- Selenium or QTP
