Seeking a Test Manager with experience with managing testing for various large fast paced projects

We are seeking experienced Test Manager/s to assess, manage and conduct testing for Projects in the ICT Services Division. Previous experience with managing testing for various large fast paced projects is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship and engagement skills is required.
Working as part of a dynamic ICT environment, you will be required to manage and deliver testing services such as;
review of testing processes and activities on projects and provide recommendations as per testing industry standards to uplift and ensure testing is being conducted to a high standard.
You will also be pivotal to tasks such as test planning, design, review and execution of test cases, defect management and creation of test artefacts such as test plans, test progress, summary and closure reports.
A minimum of 5 years test experience is essential.
Key duties and responsibilities
Security Required: Must have a Baseline Security Clearance required
Location - Canberra, Sydney and Hybrid - Based

Key duties and responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and dependencies for testing activities and deliver on testing outcomes according to the departmental, division and section priorities.
- Create a comprehensive and thorough Test Strategy that aligns with the overall program and/or project objectives. This strategy will define test objectives, scope, resources, timelines and any associated risks.
- Allocate testing resources, including testers, testing environments, and tools, to ensure efficient test execution.
- Conduct testing activities such as, test planning, design, review, oversee defect management, define test data requirements and identify test environments.
- Create and review test artefacts such as, test plans, test progress, summary and closure reports.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to testing and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that test plans account for these risks.
- Oversee test execution and monitor test progress.
- Provide test estimates according to test activities.
- Provide leadership, including knowledge sharing with Test Managers and Test Analysts to aid in succession planning.
- Work with a dynamic team and adhere to a testing framework.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Software Testing Lifecycles
- Provide leadership, including knowledge sharing with other Test Analysts to aid in succession planning
- Demonstrate excellent oral, written and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and initiative
- Knowledge in automation and performance testing is desirable
