The Role:
The Application Packaging Engineer works under the limited direction of senior staff.They exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy, and in th eapplication of practices and procedures. Decision making is substantially dependent on judgement, skills and knowledge.
Mandatory Criteria
•Minimum of 3+ years experience in the following areas:
•Automate the installation and configuration of Windows applications (package), configuresecurity patch delivery, Windows feature updates, drivers, language packs, and vulnerabilityfixes for both windows servers and desktop in a format compatible with Intune andSCCM/MECM.
•Design, develop, coordinate, and manage application packaging projects.
•Knowledge of and experience with writing remediation scripts and installation scripts withPowerShell.
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in ACT, QLD, SA or VIC. Contract 1 January - 30 December 2025 with extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
