Key responsibilities will include:
- Scoping and managing a range of projects including Relocations, Redevelopment sites, Modifications and LGC.
- Ongoing communication and collaboration with all key Stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Day to Day management of projects including continual Work In Progress Inspections, performance measuring against established standards and contractor engagement.
- Proactive approach to large scale vacant redevelopment sites, monitoring potential risks, using mitigation techniques were required
- Proven building/maintenance experience or exposure, along with experience in contract administration, including the preparation of scopes
- Familiarity with contract requirements, standards, and policies, coupled with the ability to interpret and apply these effectively.
