About the role:
Collaborate with business areas to assist in developing communication strategies, plans and resources for internal and external audiences, across a range of communication channels that contribute to the department’s strategic objectives and awareness of the department’s programs and services.

About the role:
Collaborate with business areas to assist in developing communication strategies, plans and resources for internal and external audiences, across a range of communication channels that contribute to the department’s strategic objectives and awareness of the department’s programs and services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertake a range of communication projects and activities to support the Office
- Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of internal and external communications, including websites, social media, traditional media liaison and event management.
- Develop internal and external communication materials and write, edit and publish printed and online content (including website copy, social media posts and creation of tiles, newsletters, speeches and media releases).
- Sound working knowledge and understanding of a broad range of communications tools is essential, including:
- Silverstripe and Drupal (or other CMS),
- Mailchimp
- Meta Business Suite.
