Major Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage project activities being undertaken through three separate tranches of work, delivering capabilities required for achievement of the project strategic outcomes.
- Responsible for the timely creation and maintenance of project planning and reporting documentation as required by the Project Lead to meet program reporting requirements.
- Undertake project risk management activities to identify, analyse, evaluate, treat and review risks and issues.
- Achieve project deliverables in accordance with the approved project scope and schedule.
- Develop plans and processes to facilitate integration and transition to operation activities of project capability deliverables, within identified business processes.
- Work collaboratively and constructively as part of an Agile delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of quality ICT capabilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of the requirements for the secure operation, sustainment and handling of deployable communications technologies, high grade cryptographic equipment, and the underlying communications pathways.
- Demonstrated understanding of and recent experience undertaking complex ICT Project Management at SFIA LOR5, and Change Implementation Planning and Management at CIPM5.
- Strong leadership experience and skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
