A leading armoured logistics company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie branch. We specialise in servicing mine sites across the Kalgoorlie area and surrounding remote locations via road and air.

Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee operations, manage a small team and ensure outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety and compliance, managing logistics and working closely with the broader WA team to maintain and enhance high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team, fostering a positive culture.
- Oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficient, high-demand deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on support, including guard duties, when required.
- Experience as a Supervisor/Manager in the transport and security industry.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with a strong focus on team building.
- A track record of driving branch success and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Expertise in logistics, customer service and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- A valid Australian Driver's License with manual driving capability.
- Ability to pass National Police Checks (standard company process).
- State Firearms License and certifications (or willingness to attain them).
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first approach with demonstrated leadership in customer service.
