About the role
To implement an Enterprise Customer Authentication Tool (ECAT) that will provide service delivery staff, agency wide a single tool to use for authentication purposes. ECAT will address multiple vulnerabilities that exist within authentication, including staff-facing tools that are not fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
The successful Business Analyst will capture, articulate and document high level business requirements for Authentication projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand, gather and analyse requirements then to convert business requirements into technical requirements.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold current NV1 Security Clearance.

About the role

ECAT will address multiple vulnerabilities that exist within authentication, including staff-facing tools that are not fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to user testing (including reviewing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) artefacts)
- Provide consultancy on testing requirements, user cases and acceptance criteria
- Manage the user testing process to approve requirements for implementation
- Manage any changes to the solutions or the requirements scope.
