About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) Specialist to join multi-disciplinary product teams. The successful candidate will:
- Establish and enhance IT Service Management capabilities, including Incident and Problem management, Business Reporting, and Monitoring management.
- Lead and manage analysis activities, including identifying and documenting requirements, managing issues, and facilitating workshops.
- Review and analyse current ITSM business practices, collaborate on the design of new processes, and participate in their implementation.
- Coordinate the development of system service level agreements and knowledge articles, and present these to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Candidates with an operations or transformation consulting background with an understanding in service management (ITSM) would be good
- A strong understanding of the ITIL 4 framework, practice areas, processes, and good practice implementation.
- Experience in improving IT processes (e.g., Request for Service, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, and Configuration Management) based on ITIL best practices.
- Strong technical and analytical proficiency, with the ability to analyse data from multiple sources, synthesise information, identify and solve problems, reason logically, draw valid conclusions, and develop and communicate effective solutions.
- Results-oriented with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate and influence various levels of leadership across the organisation.
- The contract period is 6 months, with extension options.
