Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be part of a multi-disciplined team of highly skilled personnel accountable for
the design and implementation of a complex cloud-based environment. The successful candidate will
demonstrate a strong aptitude in the development and maintenance of user processes and requirements
for infrastructure related systems.
Role Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the solution architects and business users to document the solution definition and
create user stories and a statement of requirement
• Design/develop user stories for user interfaces and present them to the stake holders to gain
consensus on requirements.
• Identify new areas for product development by analysing stakeholder requirements, behaviours, and
system gaps.
• Add value beyond analyst defined role by enhancing existing workflow via resourceful project
management, process improvement, and process automation.
• Provide data analysis, generate reports, listing and graphs in various tools.
• Assist QA teams to create test strategy, test cases and maintain test plans and logs.
• Perform GAP analysis by identifying existing technologies, documenting the enhancements to meet
the end state requirements.
• Gather the requirements from the users analyse it and then transform the requirement into
functional specification requirements for the team of designers and developer.
The Successful Candidate must have:
• Experience in Agile practices
• Good knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
• Positive attitude toward conducting research and to applying emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a
technical audience and business users.
• Good at presentation, time management and client relation skills.
• Good command of English communication (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong team working ability
• Experience with project management software such a Atlassian JIRA.
