About the role:
As a Case Assessor, you will play a key role in managing and assessing complex financial advice remediation cases. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers to understand their concerns, gather necessary documentation, and conduct thorough case assessments. You will document your findings in the case management system and draft formal outcome reports for both clients and customers.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial advice remediation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail. If you are RG-146 certified and have experience handling complex financial complaints, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Contact customers to understand and document complaint specifics including all relevant details & follow-up and follow-through as required (via both email and telephone).
- Request relevant information including confidential documents to inform assessment of complaints.
- Document customer information and case assessment work papers and outcomes in case management system in required format and level of detail.
- Draft formal ‘Assessment Outcome’ document to be shared with both client and customer.
The successful candidate:
- RG-146 Certified (all modules)
- 2+ years’ experience in complex financial advice remediation
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Excel.
