We are seeking a Console Operator to join our client’s team in Canberra. The role involves managing mobile device management (MDM) solutions, focusing solely on Zimperium. You will engage in a 6-week mentorship program and the opportunity to work primarily onsite with occasional remote work. The position is full-time

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An understanding of IP networks and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Basic skills in MDM, particularly with Apple devices (iOS and iPad).
- Familiarity with Apple iOS or Samsung Android.
- Knowledge of O365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Full online training and labs for Zimperium.
- Apple hardware provided for testing and training purposes.
- A supportive work environment with ongoing assistance from specialists.
