Technical skills
• Demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions • Holds a Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years’ experience working as a Pega Lead/Senior Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms. • Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
About the project
This role will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and Program support for Portfolio business applications on the Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform.
Essential criteria
Location of work & working arrangements - ACT, NSW, VIC - Hybrid Based
Security Clearance - Must be able to obtain a Baseline security Clearance

- Demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions
- Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, and design transformative solutions using design thinking principles and techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations
- Ability to drive design and documentation best practices to ensure consistency and reusability when delivering IT system solutions
- Strong coaching/mentoring experience in requirements gathering, including the ability to coach a team of business analysts to drive efficiency and quality delivery
- Strong understanding of Pega methodologies and design concepts highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to lead a team of business analysts to drive efficiency & quality delivery, including the ability to conduct design review self-assessments and peer assessments.
