Our government client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. You will provide support to the Agency’s Development Delivery groups in the marketing of our greenfield estates, redevelopment sites
About the role:
- A creative and analytical mind who can contextualize insights into ideas for appropriate marketing channels
- Demonstrable understanding of consumer behaviours, digital platforms and content marketing
- Strong writing skills in the development of marketing collaterals and creative, media and executive-level briefs.
- Assisting with the implementation of campaign marketing, which may include use of print, television and radio advertising, online newsletters, corporate publications, events, targeted industry development/consultation and public relations.
- Liaising with external suppliers including: marketing agencies for the delivery of communication services – graphical design and production, media placement planning, web design, publication distribution and other marketing/event projects for the targeted sites.
- Preparing reports, briefs, correspondence, publications and procedures relevant to the targeted marketing activities and projects.
- Assisting with contract and financial administration, electronic document management and contract compliance reporting.
About you:
- Strong writing skills in the development of marketing collaterals and creative, media and executive-level briefs
- Attention to detail, strong project management skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and determine priorities
- An ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and advertising campaigns
