The Role:
The Department require an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join an emerging ICT Program.
The Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts across the Department. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in managing change in complex IT environments.
Skills and Experience Required:
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in Canberra. Contract till June 2025 with extension options till 2028 pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A baseline Security Clearance is required for this role.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated capability to scope, plan, lead and execute change management within the context of IT Security or Digital Transformation programs.
- Demonstrated capability to apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools when delivering change management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of business priorities.
- Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders in a variety of contexts
